Last night was nothing short of incredible!! Lindsey & I get to work with.. and work FOR the most amazing people!!
We held our annual awards dinner at the beautiful Marsh Creek Country Club with the TOP producers from 2024! With a fun theme, White Disco, the outfits DID NOT disappoint!!
We celebrated the MOST volume, the smallest sale and everything in between!! This is just a glimpse, a small snapshot into the night!!

Just to show you how impressive and how competitive these agents are... In 2024 there was only a HANDFUL of months where you could sell LESS than $1,000,000 in volume and make the cut!!! Some months we had 18 agents selling OVER $1,000,000 and weren't able to crack into the top 10!

Just quickly wanted to highlight the incredible achievement of SELLING 46 UNITS in a single year as well as selling $23 MILLION dollars of volume.
There are entire brokerages that didn’t sell that many units or that much volume in 2024.
How can 2 individual agents OUTSELL multiple brokerages, EACH! They EACH out performed many teams and brokerages!!

So I implore you to ask yourself, how is this possible and can it happen for me? The answer is yes… but you’ve got to work!
