The Real Estate Industry is extremely difficult right now.
It’s difficult, but for SOME, it will be seen as an opportunity!!
After looking at the MLS Stats, it’s obvious that agents are STRUGGLING right now.
Per NEFAR, there are currently 11,500 Members.
1,943 out of the 11,500 have sold 5 or more homes, only 16% of the MLS.
585 out of the 11,500 have sold 4 homes this year, only 5% of the MLS.
905 out of the 11,500 have sold 3 homes this year, only 7% of the MLS.
1,151 out of the 11,500 have sold 2 homes this year, only 10% of the MLS.
1,857 out of the 11,500 have sold justtttttt 1 home this year, 16% of the MLS!
5,233 out of 11,500 haven’t even SOLD 1 Home this year… a whopping 45% of the MLS.
It’s TIME to get REAL because that’s what I believe is what is necessary in this current market.
Below are all of things that your Broker has told you that you can probably see just aren’t accurate.
“You DO NOT need LEADS!!!”
“You DO NOT need to work hard to make it!!”
“You don’t need to make regular prospecting calls.”
“You can quickly build a big business by counting on your “sphere” for business.”
“You can network your way to the top.”
Those are just some examples of what the narrative is.
Our AGENTS are NOT struggling. They are absolutely killing it and proving to their friends and family that they are super successful.
