This is a picture of St. John’s County MLS price reductions TODAY.


There are 12 of them so far.


I took the difference of what “Original List Price” VS “Price Reduction Price” and the difference in percentage down overall was 7.01%!


If you look at the picture, it states what the commissions being offered to Buyer Agents from Listing Agents is!!


All of the current reductions LOOK like they got a “deal” on their commissions they negotiated with their Listing Agent and saved 1%, 2%, 2.5% and LOOKS like even 3% on their bottom line…. Or have they???


If they just reduced on average 7%, it appears the homeowner is LOSING money on their “Discount.”





Guess what?! This is just a price REDUCTION!!! This isn’t even the final sales price!!!!


Bottom line…..


This isn’t a time to shop for discounts, it’s time to shop for the BEST Agents and Marketing Team!!!

I say Agents plural because that’s what it takes today!! It takes a TEAM marketing and handling a single property… and it takes marketing to get exposed!!!
