There are moments in life that make you stop and realize just how special the journey is—and today is one of those moments. My son, at just 19 years old, has ALREADY had 3 closings AND has six homes under contract, with more coming in the next few days (He Started in September). In the photo below, that $37,000 represents his take-home NET pay over the next 40 days, and with the pipeline he’s building, Q1 will surpass that with ease.
A lot of people thought I was crazy having him start in this market. A market where agents twice his age struggle to close one or two deals a year. BUT he didn’t listen to the noise—he put his head down, showed up every day, and earned every bit of his success. No handouts. No shortcuts. Just effort, discipline, and the belief that his future was in his hands!
It’s not easy being 19 when your best friends are at Alabama, FSU, and UCF, each taking their own path. But he saw an opportunity to build something early—developing real skills in sales, finance, and entrepreneurship that will set him up for life.
He’s on track to sell over 30 homes this year—and that’s just the beginning. Every single day, we talk about his appointments, his negotiations, and his deals. It’s been amazing to not only watch him grow, but also to experience how his journey is helping me fine-tune our company to make it even more efficient for ALL of our agents.
But I also know this isn’t a solo journey. Massive shoutout to Shaun, Brittany, Brett, Todd, and every single agent and staff member who has poured into him. And here’s what I love about this company—that’s not special treatment. They do that for everyone who shows up and puts in the work. They match effort with effort. If you’re willing to go all in, they will not let you fail.
This isn’t just about my son. This is about the opportunity that exists for anyone willing to work. In this company, in this industry, in this moment—stability and success aren’t reserved for a lucky few. They’re there for anyone who wants it bad enough.
The future is bright, and I couldn’t be more proud—not just of my son, but of everything we are building to change the game in real estate.
