As we find ourselves at the halfway point of 2023, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on our goals and celebrate our progress.
This year, my primary goal was to empower more people to change their lives through the power of real estate. I firmly believe in the potential of real estate as a tool for building wealth, and I am passionate about creating opportunities for others to succeed in this field. Through our new business model, we've been able to give licensed agents the tools and support they need to thrive. I'm proud of what we've achieved so far and excited about the potential for growth and impact.
It’s important to remember that every goal, regardless of how ambitious, starts with a single step and is achieved one day at a time. Every Sunday for the last 20 years, I've dedicated an hour to planning the week ahead. I set my intentions, carve out time for the non-negotiables, and clear my plate for Monday. This simple habit has been instrumental in helping me stay focused and maintain momentum towards my goals.
The journey towards our goals isn't just about the end result. It's about the personal growth we experience, the relationships we build, and the lives we touch along the way. This year, my goals have taken me to new places, introduced me to incredible people, and deepened my partnership with my wife and business partner. It's shown me the power of surrounding yourself with good people and the importance of valuing and nurturing those relationships.
