When an agent shares their story—not a script, not a pitch, but their real journey—it hits differently.
We recently saw one of our agents post a heartfelt message that captured exactly what we believe leadership should look like. He didn’t talk about leads, listings, or commission splits. He talked about favor, grace, and the kind of support that changes everything.
Since leaving his previous brokerage just six months ago, he’s closed and pending 17 deals, totaling $5,811,798 in volume and over $180,000 in GCI. That kind of leap doesn’t happen by accident. It happens when talent meets the right environment. And for him, that environment included the leadership of Brett Moreland.
He described Brett as someone who inspires, challenges, and stretches him in all the right ways. “Everybody needs a Brett Moreland,” he said. And he’s not wrong.
